摘要
选用30个SSR标记对水稻苯达松敏感致死基因(bel)进行定位研究,初步将bel基因定位于水稻第3染色体上RM5475和RM6759两个SSR标记之间,与RM5475标记的遗传距离为4.3 cM,与RM6759标记的遗传距离为5.2 cM。
Thirty SSR gene was located to a tance of the bel gene markers were selected to map the bel gene for bentazon sensitive lethality in rice, and the bel interval between the SSR markers RM5475 and RM6759 on chromosome 3. The genetic disfrom RM5475 was 4.3 cM, and from RM6759 was 5.2 cM respectively.
