摘要
通过问卷调查,对武术散打运动损伤所收集的数据进行统计和分析,结果表明了练习者足趾部和小腿、膝关节部位的挫、碰伤发生率较高,受伤的主要原因是实战训练、准备活动不足、技术缺点和组织不当等。采用加强素质训练;注意准备活动;遵守训练原则;加强自我保护能力和医务监督等方法能起到很好的预防作用。
Through questionnaire, move to free combat datum collected to damage count and analyse, the result has shown frustrates, damages the incidence relatively talllying of practitioner's foot toe and shank, knee joint position, injured's main reason is training, insufficient, technological shortcoming of wanning-up exercise and organizing of the actual combat improperly, etc., adopt and strengthen quality training; pay attention to the warming-up exercise; observe the principle of training; the method of supervising etc. can play very good prevention function to strengthen self-protection ability and medical matters.
