摘要
目的探讨影响烧伤患儿的情绪障碍的原因,并提出相对应的对策。方法采用焦虑状态和恐惧状态的诊断标准对74例烧伤患儿情绪状态进行调查。结果 100．0％的患儿对环境和治疗产生恐惧和焦虑心理,出现入睡困难及睡不安稳的现象;16．2％患儿出现幻觉、错觉和乱语的现象。结论烧伤患儿情绪障碍与烧伤的程度,环境与操作方面和家庭及性格等因素有关;做好心理护理,转移刺激法和安抚法可以减轻烧伤患儿情绪障碍。
Objective To explore the causes of emotions disorder in burn children and propose nursing measures. Methods 74 burn children were investigated with international standards. Results All the burn children had anxiety to the hospital and the treatment. They had difficulty in sleeping. 16.2% of them had hallucination, illusion and paraphasia. Conclusion Emotions disorder in burn children are related to the burning degree, treatment procedures, family and personalities. Psychological nursing can relieve emotions disorder in burn children.
