一种新型荧光探针的光谱性能

摘要 研究了化合物N-戊基-4-(2,2′-二吡啶基)氨基-1,8-萘酰亚胺在不同pH值下的紫外可见光谱和荧光光谱。在酸性条件下,二吡啶胺上的仲胺质子化后,使二吡啶胺给电子能力降低,萘酰亚胺荧光团的荧光发生猝灭。通过调控pH值来改变萘酰亚胺的4位取代基二吡啶胺的给电子能力,使荧光发生明显变化,从而得到新型的荧光探针。 The UV-VIS absorption spectra and emission spectra of N-pentyl-4- (2,2'-dipyridyl) amino-1, 8- naphthalimide in different pH solutions are studied here. The fluorescence of 1,8-naphthalimide chro- mophore is put out by the amine nitrogen protonation of 2,2'-dipyridylamine unit. The electron donation a- bility of 2,2'-dipyridylamine unit linked with the 4-position of the naphthalimide unit can be modulated by pH. A new luminescent sensor has been got.
