摘要
教师教育是一个系统工程 ,教师教育体制的创新不仅要求我们优化教师教育途径 ,实现培养培训一体化的教师教育模式 ,而且还要求我们一方面整合教师教育机构 ,实现教师教育机构一体化 ,另一方面提高教师教育师资水平 ,实现教师教育的师资队伍一体化。
Teachers education is a systems engineering. Its system creation not only requires that we should not only optimize ways of teachers education to establish an integrated education and training mode but also reform organications of teachers education to create an integrated organization and to improve the teachers＇ quality and level so that we can have integrated teachers for teachers education.
