摘要
以聚苯板夹芯墙体为对照,对缀铝箔聚苯板空心墙体保温性能进行了测试。测试结果表明,聚苯板夹芯墙体和缀铝箔聚苯板空心墙体的传热系数分别为0.43W/(m·2K)和0.31W/(m·2K),均具有较好的保温性能;2种墙体的传热系数与理论计算的相比分别增大了43.3%和24.0%;理论计算和实际测试的聚苯板夹芯墙体的传热系数比缀铝箔聚苯板空心墙体分别提高20.0%和38.7%,表明缀铝箔聚苯板空心墙体的热工性能更好,受环境因素的影响较小。
Test has been made on thermal insulation of aluminum foil embellished polyphenylene panel hollow wall compared with polyphenylene panel sandwich wall.The test result shows that both polyphenylene panel sandwich wall and aluminum foil embellished polyphenylene panel hollow wall have good thermal insulation and their heat trans- fer coefficient is 0.43 W/(m^2·K) and 0.31 W/(m^2·K) that increased 43.35 and 24.05 respectively as compared to that of theoretical calculation.The heat transfer coefficient of theoretical calculation and actual measurement of polyphenylene panel sandwich wall is 20.0% and 38.7% respectively higher than that of aluminum foil embellished polyphenylene panel hollow wall.This shows that aluminum foil embellished polyphenylene panel hollow wall has better thermal performance and less affected by environmental factor.
