聚羧酸减水剂分子结构表征及其与性能的关系研究 被引量:10

摘要 在合成聚羧酸系减水剂的基础上,介绍聚羧酸系减水剂分子结构的表征方法,研究减水剂的分子结构对减水率和水泥净浆流动度的影响。结果表明,当羧基与醚的物质的量比为2.0~3.0时,减水率和流动度保持性均较好;聚醚侧链聚合度以12~23较好。综合考虑性能与成本,最适宜的聚合时间为2h,最佳的缩合时间为5h。 The characterization method of molecule structure of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent is introduced based on the synthesis of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent.Study has been made on the influence of molecule structure of water reducing agent upon the slushing rate and fluidity of neat cement paste. The result shows that slushing rate and fluidity retentivity are good when the mass ratio of carboxyl to ether is 2.0-3.0.A better polymerization degree of polyether lateral chain is 12-23.The optimum polymerization time is 2h and the optimum condensation time is 5h by comprehensive consideration of performance and cost.
