摘要
设计了地区电网变压器经济运行的实时控制系统。该系统根据变压器经济运行理论,利用 监控与数据采集(SCADA)系统采集的实时数据和短期负荷预测结果,并考虑实际运行中变压器投 切次数的限制,在线决定变压器的经济运行方式,并通过SCADA系统对变压器进行投切操作。该 系统与SCADA系统协同工作,充分利用了SCADA系统的高可靠性,并且不需要开发新的硬件, 因此具有开发周期短、使用方便、运行可靠的优点。在实际工程应用中取得了良好效果。
The real-time control system for economical operation of transformers in the area power network is designed based on the theory of economical operation of transformers. By using the real-time data from SCADA system and short-term load forecasting result, the system considers the constrain of the on-off times of transformers in the practical running, determines the mode of economical operation of transformers on-line, and then operates the transformers through the SCADA system. This system cooperates with the SCADA system by fully using the high reliability of the SCADA system, and doesn't need to develop the new hardware, so with the merit of short development cycle, easy using and high reliability. The system has been applied in the practical power system with good performance.
