摘要 为不断改善矿井通风状况,进一步促进安全生产,1992~2004年山东招金(集团)公司同科研单位合作,采用专家系统决策优化设计,主辅风机机站通风方式,优选节能风机,利用采空区回风,规范化综合测评等技术,对11个矿井通风系统进行设计建设与技术改造的研究和工程实施。实践表明,建立的通风系统运行质量显著改善,风机运行效率平均达71.07%,有效风量率达68.54%,通风节电效益明显,其中金翅岭金矿等5个矿山实际年节电总计215.75×104kW·h。长期运行表明,系统稳定,通风状况明显改善,有力地促进了安全生产。 To continuously improve the mine ventilation conditions and further promote the safety production, Shandong Zhaojin(Group) Co. , in cooperation with scientific research institutions, carried out the investigation and engineering execution of the building and technical transformation of its eleven mine ventilation systems in 1992~2004, in which expert decision system was used to optimize the design, the main and auxiliary two -stage fan station ventilation mode adopted, energy - saving fans were selected ,the turn wind from mined - area was utilized and standardized comprehensive testing technique applied. The practice showed that the operation quality of the ventilation systems was greatly improved, with the average operational efficiency reaching 71.07% and effective wind amount reaching 68.54%. The benefit of electricity saving in ventilation is very evident: five mines including Jinchiling Gold Mine have saved annually altogether 215 × 10^4 kW· h. The long term operation of the mine ventilation systems show that they are stable and have remarkably improved the ventilation conditions, thus greatly promoting the safety production.
