摘要
研究了阳离子淀粉絮凝剂对元宝枫水提取液的絮凝作用;比较了不同工艺对产品的影响。结果表明:采用阳离子淀粉絮凝剂,澄清时间由醇沉法的48 h缩短为6 h;在阳离子淀粉质量浓度为150 mg/L、絮凝温度为60℃、提取液pH为6.0时,澄清液透光率、总黄酮质量分数分别达90.6%、23.2%。
The cationic starch flocculation technology of water extracts of Acer truncatum was studied and compared with other technologies. Experimental results showed that the clarification time was shortened to 6 h using cationic starch as flocculant while it was 48 h in ethanol subsiding method. When the cationic starch was 150 nag/L, temperature was 60 ℃ and pH was 6.0, the clear solution transparency and content of flavonoids were 90.6% and 23.2% respectively.
