摘要
介绍了国内外一些学者对蜡油催化裂化过程的产物分布和反应规律的研究结果;国内莫伟坚等人研究得到的重油催化裂化过程的物理-化学模型;以及石油大学对工业重油催化裂化提升管中重油反应历程的研究结果,包括产物分布、结焦、催化剂性能等变化规律。讨论了传统提升管反应器的弊端,同时提出现有研究的不足和一些有待继续研究的问题。
Results of research work of both domestic and overseas scholars on product slates and reaction patterns in gas oil catalytic cracking process is introduced and the physical-chemical models of heavy oil catalytic cracking formulated by Mo Weijian et al and the results of Unvestigation of university of Petroleum on heavy oil reaction in commercial heavy oil FCC riser, including the changes in product slates, coking and catalyst performance is described. The limitations of conventional riser reactor are discussed and negligence of current research work and issues needing further study are presented.
