摘要
研制了一种用于延迟焦化焦炭塔的无硅消泡剂,该消泡剂由纯有机化合物组成。实验室评价表明,该无硅消泡剂具有良好的消泡和抑泡性能。2002年起该消泡剂在0.6 Mt/a延迟焦化装置上工业应用,在焦炭塔生焦 14 h后由塔顶注入,注入时间平均为6 h,相对于进料量其注入量为75μg/g。结果表明:无硅消泡剂可使焦炭塔料位上涨率保持在40%以下,生焦时间延长4 h以上,同时焦炭塔进料量提高后,雾沫夹带并未同步增长。
silicon-free defoamer which composes organic compounds has been successfully developed for the application in delayed coker. The laboratory evaluation reveals that the defoamer offers excellent defoaming and foaming inhibiting performances. The defoamer was first used in a 600,000 TPY delayed coker in 2002 at a dosage of 75 ppm by addition at the top of the coking drum 14 hours after commencement of coke formation. The results demonstrate that the application of silocon-free defoamer can control the drum liquid level rise under 40% and the coke formation time is extended by 4 hours. In addition, the increased feedrate to the coker has seen no increase in entrainment.
