S型轨道件反拉伸压边力的数值模拟

摘要 采用板料成形软件Dynaform对S型轨道件反拉伸过程进行了数值模拟,并分析了压边力对成形极限图、壁厚、应力和应变的影响。模拟结果表明:压边力对S型轨道件壁厚及应变有较大影响,对应力的大小及其分布影响较小;反拉伸成形时,增厚最大的位置均发生在法兰部位,变薄最大的位置则发生在S型轨道件侧壁凸出部位。 Numerical simulation of the drawing process of S-shaped tramroad parts is carried out by plate metal forming software Dynaform, and the effect of forming limit figure, wall thickness, stress and strain caused by blankholder force is analyzed. The simulation result shows that blandholder force does largely effect to wall thickness of S-shaped tramroad parts, and small effect to stress and its distribution. When the drawing is formed, the most obvious increased-thickness locates in the position of flange, and the most obvious decreased-thickness locates in the convex position of sidewall of S-shaped tramroad parts.
