摘要
给出端面配流副密封带压力场支配方程。在分析密封带中油液粘度变化规律的基础上,应用有限元方法在求解油液粘度随油液压力及温度变化情况下,密封带压力场的分布情况,并同忽略粘度变化时的计算结果,以及两种设计中常用的解析计算方法进行定量对比与定性分析。
This paper gives REYNOLDS Function of sealing area pressure field at first.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of oil viscosity that varies with oil pressure and oil temperature finite element method is used to work out the oil pressure in radial sealing area when oil viscosity is variable.And then. the result is compared with computational result at constant oil viscosity,and with other two traditional methods used frequently in design.
