摘要
学习风格是影响学生学业成绩的重要个体因素之一。作者对41名非英语专业学生的感知学习风格和认知风格(场独立和场依赖)对词汇记忆、阅读理解成绩的影响进行调查。并对调查结果进行分析、讨论,目的是让教师了解学生的学习风格,了解学习风格对学业成就的影响,从而帮助学生更加有效地学习英语。
Learning style is one of the important factors impacting learners' learning outcomes. The author investigates the perceptual learning styles and cognitive styles (field-independence and field-dependence) of 41 non-English majors and the effects of their learning style preference on their performance in vocabulary memorization and reading comprehension tasks. Analysis and discussion are made about the results, and it is hoped that the data will help instructors develop a knowledge of learners' learning styles and the impact of learning styles on learning outcomes so that they could guide the learners to a more effective way of language learning.
