摘要
全球油气需求增长、中东安全形势堪忧、大国地缘政治经济角力、国际油价高位运行等因素的综合作用,造就了里海油气国际竞争战在新世纪初还是持兴未衰。虽然这场竞争主要领域还是集中在对里海油气归属权、输送权和开发权的争夺,但具体态势却与10年前有很大不同。“9·11”后欧亚大陆地缘形势的深刻演变日益影响着这场意义深远的国际经济政治大竞争。
The increasing global demands of off-gas, the serious security situation in Middle East, the geopolitics-economics competition between the great powers and the high price of oil in global markets have made the international competition of oil-gas in Caspian Sea area keep on active in the beginning of new century. Although the main field of this competition is still focusing on the belonging, transportation, and exploitation of the oil-gas in Caspian Sea area, the details are in great difference from that in ten years ago. The profound evolvement of the geopolitics on the Euro-Asia continents after the “9.11”Incidents is influencing this significant international economics and politics competition.
