摘要
从含有FeCl_2、(NH_4)_6Mo_2O_(24)、NaCl、C_6H_6O_7的镀液中电沉积非晶态Fe—MO合金.研究了镀液组成、pH值及阴极电流密度等对阴极电流效率、合金组成以及合金结构的影响.当镀层中钼含量大于20%时,为非晶态结构.
Fe-Mo alloy has been electrodeposited from aqueous solution containing FeCl2, (NH4)6Mo7O24,NaCl,C6H8O7. The effects of bath composition, pH and cathodic current density on composition and structure of the alloy were studied. Deposits containing Mo more than at 20% are amorphous.
