摘要 反胶束体系是表面活性剂在非极性溶剂中自发形成与正常胶束结构相反含水聚集体。该 文综述含酶反胶束体系的制备、结构和在反胶束体系下酶的活性、稳定性及动力学特性,介绍反胶 束体系下酶催化反应类型、优点及其应用,并展望其发展前景。 Reverse micelle is a hydrous polymer that has a contrary structure to the normal micelle, it is formed by surfactant solving in non-polar solvent. The preparation and structure of enzyme, the activity, stability and kinetics of enzymatic reactions in reversed micelle are briefly summarized in this paper. The types, advantages and applications of enzymatic reactions in reversed micelle and prospect of its development are introduced.
