摘要
目的观察过滤前后参脉注射液加入不同输液中的微粒变化情况。方法利用微粒分析仪测定参脉注射液经过滤、不过滤分别加入0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液中混合后的微粒。结果参脉注射液中含有大量的微粒,使各混合输液中微粒显著增长,且增长数目因输液种类及药液加入方法不同,差异较大。过滤后加入输液中的微粒较不过滤的明显降低。结论临床应用时,应将参脉注射液过滤后加入输液中,输液配伍的操作环境及注射器具等应按要求执行。
OBJECTIVE To observe the changes of insoluble particle in Shenmai Injection mixed with infusion solution. METHODS 0. 9%sodium chloride ,5% glucose and 10% gulcose solutions were separately mixed with filtrated and nonfiltrated Shenmai Injections. The changes of motes were studied by mote analyzer. RESULTS It was found that Shenmai Injection contained a great number of motes, which brought obvious increase of motes in all kinds of mixed solutions. Moreover, the increase of motes differed greatly with different transfusion additives. It was also found that filtration of Shenmai Injection obviously reduced motes. CONCLUSION Shenmai Injection should be filtrated when applied in clinical, and the infusion management environment and the injection equippments should he in accordance with standard guidelines.
