摘要
本文采用盐酸介质中加入氯酸钠的方法进行废氧化铝-铂催化剂中铂的选择性氧化浸出,浸出液用锌片还原得到粗铂,粗铂用丁二酮肟沉淀除钯,再结合溴酸钠水解法来分离其中的其它杂质元素,可得到产品海绵铂。该方法有效可行,分离效果好,金属回收率高,产品质量符合国家标准。
Selective leaching of Pt from waste Pt-Al2O3 catalysts was achieved through NaClO3 oxidation in HCl solution. Pt in leaching solution was reduced with Zn. Pd and other impurity elements can be separated from Pt by the processes of precipitation of Pd with dimethyl glyoxime and hydrolization through NaBrO3. This technology was effective with the features of high recovery and high purity of Pt.
