摘要
文章基于合并后高校发展的现状,分析了合并后高校在组织文化融合中的深层矛盾,揭示出组织文化的融合对合并后高校发展的关键作用,并提出相应对策以利于组织文化的融合,从而促进合并后高校的发展。
According to the present development conditions of the incorporated universities, the article analyses the underlying contradictions of the organization culture of the incorporated university and also reveals that the integrated organization culture is the key to develop the university. It puts forward some relevant solutions contributing to integrate the organization culture and promoting the university development.
