摘要
根据气辅注塑成型工艺对气辅注塑装置调控气体输出压力的要求,分析了不同压力值下气辅注塑装置输出的气体压力闭环控制特征,确立了气体压力稳定阶段和升降阶段对应的PID控制算式,并研究出了基于Labview开发环境的气体压力求解控件,开发出了气体压力控制程序。该控制程序已在自行研制的35 MPa气辅注塑装置上得到应用。生产FM全新卡车顶篷把手制件时,控制系统气体压力最大波动量小于5%,气体压力阶跃时间小于1 s,控制系统具有较强的鲁棒性。
The closed loop control features in the multiphase of gas pressure profile of a gas assisted injection molding equipment were analyzed based on the gas pressure control request of the molding technology to the equipment. The PID control equations were established for the ascending, constant and descending gas pressure phases respectively. Using DLL function, the multiphase gas pressure control module in Labview environment was developed, including the control software compilation. The developed control system has been applied to a self-developed 35 MPa gas assisted injection molding equipment. In the case of molding the FM truck roof handle, the maximum fluctuation of the controlled gas pressures is less than 5%, the gas pressure step change time is less than 1 s, the control system is highly robust.
