摘要
用TG-DTG方法分析了煤沥青在氮气中从200℃到750℃的热分解过程,把煤沥青的热分解过程分为三个阶段,分别看作煤沥青中γ,β和α组分的连续性反应,采用Coats-redfern方法对煤沥青的TG曲线进行处理,结果表明,三种组分的热解动力学都属于一级反应,其活化能和频率因子分别为36.807kJ/mol,185.205kJ/mol,65.828kJ/mol和1.154s-1,3.533×109s-1,5.823s-1.建立了煤沥青热分解的总动力学模型,计算值与TG-DTG的实验结果吻合良好,表明该动力学模型能够很好地描述煤沥青的炭化过程.同时讨论了不同族组分含量对煤沥青的TG曲线的影响.
The themogravimetry (TG) and derivative thermogravimetry (DTG) of coal-tar pitch is investigated in nitrogen from 200℃ to 750 ℃. The carbonnization process of pitch is divided into three stages. γ,β and α resins of coal-tar pitch are regarded as reactants in each stage respectively. The kinetic parameters are given by Coats-Redfern's method through one TG curve. It is found that the pyrolysis of γ,β and α resins are first order reaction. The activated energies separately are 36. 807 kJ/mol, 185. 205 kJ/mol,65. 828 kJ/mol, and frequency factors are 1. 154 s^-1,3. 533 ×10^9 s^-1,5. 823 s^-1. The total thermogravimetric model of coal-tar pitch is proposed. The results show that the predictions of the model agree well with the experimental data. It indicates that the model can reasonably describe the pyrolysis of coal-tar pitch. And the influence of different contents to TG of coal-tar pitch is discussed simultaneously.
