摘要
针对激光宽带扫描转镜,设计了一种用于特殊工件研磨的实用型研磨机床,主要由变速箱、连杆组件、夹具体、回转工作台以及调平装置等组成。并对各部件进行了详细设计和分析,从理论上计算了所能达到的精度要求。
Designed a practical muller for a special part, and it mainly aimed at laser wide band scan polygon prism. It was composed with gear- box, staff subassembly, clamp system, rotatable workbench and fiat device. Designed and analyzed in detail for all the composites, calculated the precision that can attain in theory.
