摘要
采用模拟方法,用人工二元矿物系模拟双组分自然矿物连生体,研究了分散解离条件下,相界特征对矿物解离的影响及影响的机理.结果表明:界面形态特征对矿物单体解离的影响遵循相界面积守恒定律.通过曲线拟合,建立了相界面分维数与单体解离度之间的数学模型。
Man made two ingredient systems are prepared to simulate the natural two ingredient lockedness of minerals. Using these systems,the extent and mechanism of effects that interfacial characteristics exert on mineral liberation have been determined in the case of homogeneous comminution. The results show that the mechanism of the effects abides by Intergranular Area Conservation (IAC),and there is a close linear relationship between fractal dimension of interface and mineral liberation. Based on this,a mathmatical model has been proposed to assess the extent of effects caused by the difference in interfacial complexity on mineral liberation.
