摘要
目的研究姜黄素对培养小鼠巨噬细胞LDL受体的影响。方法用不同浓度的姜黄素与巨噬细胞共孵育,观察各组巨噬细胞膜上LDL受体的数量。结果高中低三个剂量的姜黄素均能使巨噬细胞膜上LDL受体数量增加,随姜黄素浓度增加,LDL受体数量也明显增加。结论姜黄素可能通过调节LDL受体数量和活性起到降胆固醇的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of curcuma on the LDLR of macrophage in rats. Methods: The macrophaes from rats were treated with different concentrations of cureuma, and the LDLR of the macrophages were observed. Results: Curcuma could enhance the LDLR on the membranee of maerophage, and the number of LDLR increased when the concentration of curcuma increased. Conclusion : The curcuma may dowm-regulate the serum level of cholsterol through the way of regulating the number and activity of LDLR on the macrophages.
