摘要
从工程实际出发,介绍钢筋混凝土水泥圆筒仓滑模施工混凝土质量控制的方法和措施。对混凝土原材料质量及配合比进行控制;施工中严格控制模板锥度和模板滑升速度;加强水平和垂直度监控,控制筒身倾斜及扭转;加强出模混凝土的收光和养护,保证出模混凝土的质量。分析混凝土常见质量缺陷产生的原因并提出相应的防止措施。
It introduces the concrete quality control method and measure of sliding formwork for cement silo construction based on the proctice. Discussion is made on the concrete raw materials＇ quality, mixture proportion, formwork gradient and slip speed. By monitoring the level and vertical degree, and controlling the tube not to slope and rotate, it guarantees the quality of the concrete out of formwork in terms of the maintenance. It analyses the reason of common concrete quality defect and puts forward the corresponding measures and, in turn, it may provide profits for other similar projects.
