压力容器材料两种韧性断裂形态的分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据细观力学在金属韧性材料断裂中的研究成果,考察了压力容器材料韧性断裂的过程及断口的宏细观特征,结果表明:容器材料的韧窝型断裂和剪切型断裂模式,分别对应于宏观断裂形态上的正断口和斜断口;决定这两种断裂机理转变的关键因素是断裂部位的应力状态和材料的自身特性,应力状态的大小用应力三轴度来度量,临界应力三轴度是一材料常数;讨论了压力容器两种韧断形态与其应力状态的关系。 Two ductile failure models of steels used in pressure vessel are analyzed based on the study of meso-mechanics of ductile fracture of metals: one is dimple fracture, and another is shearslip fracture. They respectively correspond to the two macorscopical failure forms in pressure vesseleven and skew rupture.The transformation between the two models depends on the stress triaxiality in the region where failure takes place. The stress triaxiality is a kind of measure of stress-state of materials. The relation between the failure models of steels used in pressure vessel and stress-state is discussed
