摘要
介绍了STV7610芯片的功能,具体阐述了用其作为FED(场致发射显示器)的驱动芯片的驱动电路实现以及相应的FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)控制电路,并对整体设计进行仿真和功能验证。采用FPGA对STV7610芯片进行控制和数据处理,可以实现对FED的灰度调制。采用将行数据划分子场的驱动方法,充分利用了PDP(等离子显示屏)驱动芯片优越的高压驱动特性,提高了驱动电路的整体性能,对现阶段FED驱动电路的集成化具有重要意义。
The main function of STV7610 is described, together with the realization of the driving circuit of FED ( Field Emission Display ) and the control flow of FPGA. The whole design is emulated and verified. A 256 grey scale modulation of FED is achieved by using FPGA for controlling and processing the input data of STV7610. This subframe method is introduced to improve the performance of driving system, and it played an important role in FED integrated circuit on the present stage.
