摘要
目的改善少年游泳运动员的膳食结构,提高其身体素质和运动能力。方法1995年3~5月对福州市少体校32名游泳运动员进行8周膳食营养调查,实验组给予平衡膳食并每日补充钙制剂和维生素片剂。结果对照组运动员膳食多种营养素摄入不足,与运动员标准比较,能量、钙、锌、维生素A、B1、B2、C摄入量均严重不足;实验组能量和各种营养素摄入量均达到或接近运动员标准,血清锌、镁、铜显著升高,贫血得以纠正,运动成绩有明显提高。结论对少年游泳运动员给予平衡膳食并补充适量钙及维生素对身体素质及运动成绩的提高有积极作用。
Objective To improve the dietary pattern of adolescent swimming athletes in order to enhance their athletic abilities and physical health. Methods Nutrient meal was serving for adolescent swimming athletes in Fuzhou Adolescent Sports School for 8 weeks from March to April in 1995. In the experimental group,athletes were served with balanced diet and supplied with Calcium(Ca),Vitamins according to athletic RDA.Results According to athletic RDA the intakes of energy,Ca,Zn,vitamin A,vitamin B2,vitamin C in the control group were severely deficient.In the experimental group,they could get adequate intakes of energy and other nutrients.Their anemia was cured,serum concentrations of Magnesim(Mg),Zn,Ca increased significantly and their athletic abilities were improved after 8 weeks serving. Conclusion Balanced diet and adequate intakes of Ca and vitamins for adolescent swimming athletes can improve their athletic ability as well as their physical health.
