摘要
采集了南四湖4个湖区5个站位的表层沉积物样品并利用索氏抽提沉积物样品,抽提物经硅胶-氧化铝层析柱分离,然后用GC/MS对表层沉积物中16种多环芳烃进行了分析测定.在5个采样点检出14种多环芳烃.PAHs总量在表层沉积物中总趋势是南部高于北部,以微山湖站位含量最高.南四湖表层沉积物中PAHs几乎全部由人类活动产生,源为煤炭燃烧、木材燃烧、石油类高温裂解及油类污染.研究区表层沉积物中总PAHs含量为229.17~609.94 ng/g dw,属中上等污染水平.
Five samples of surface sediments were collected from four areas of the Nansi Lake, 16 kinds of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in surface sediments were analyzed using GC - MS technique. Total PAHs concentration in south is much more than that in north. The highest levels of PAHs were detected in the Weishan Lake. The main sources of these PAHs are produced from incomplete combustion of coal and wood, and petrogenic sources. Total PAHs concentration ranged from 229. 17 to 609. 94 ng/g dw. The degree of surface sediment contamination by PAHs in study area is moderate/high in comparison with other surface sediments.
