摘要
目的评价甘氨双唑钠在中、晚期恶性肿瘤介入治疗中的临床应用价值。方法以患者自身对照,观察单纯介入治疗和介入加甘氨双唑钠两种方案的临床疗效。结果50例中,38例(76.0%)病情得到明显控制,病灶缩小。结论该药能提高肿瘤乏氧细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,从而提高疗效,减轻毒副作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of cmna to treat the malignant tumor at metaand late stage. Methods The clinical effect of the simply interventional therapy and the interventional therapy with cmna was observed. Results The condition of 38（76.0 % ） cases in 50 were obviously controlled,and the tumors ditherapeuticminished.Conclusion cmna can increase tumor anoxic ceils＇ sensitivity to chemotherapeutics,and then increase the therapeutic effect and decrease side effect.
