摘要
以不同含量的氮和糖两个系列人工饲料力材料,研究氮、糖对亚洲玉米螟幼虫生长发育的影响.结果表明,随着所取食人工饲料中氮和糖含量的增加,幼虫存活率和体重随之增加,历期缩短.取食不同氮和糖含量人工饲料的幼虫相对生长速率3龄均大于5龄,氮对低龄幼虫生长的作用大于高龄,而5龄幼虫的生长则明显受饲料中糖含量的影响.
This paper deals with the effects of nitrogen and sugar on the growth and development of Asian corn borer,Ostrinia furnacalis,of which larvae use two series of artificial diets with different nitro- gen and sugar contents.The results showed that the survival rate and body weight of larvae increased and the duration of larvae shortened with the increasing of nitrogen and sugar content in diets.The relative growth rate of the 3rd instar larvae was higher than that of the 5th instar larvae on both series of diets. Nitrogen had greater effect on lower instar larvae,however the obvious effect of sugar was recorded on 5th instar larvae.
