摘要
目的探讨小儿重症肺炎的护理。方法对我院2001年10月￣2005年8月收治的重症肺炎患儿进行回顾性分析,寻找促进疾病痊愈的最佳护理措施。我们通过改善治疗环境,正确用药,病情观察,改善呼吸功能,合理饮食,健康教育6个方面,给予精心护理。结果38例重症肺炎小儿全部痊愈。结论对于小儿重症肺炎,合理的护理措施是缩短病程、提高治愈率的有效方法。
Objective Inquiry into the nursing of the child with severe pneumonia. Methods The date of cases of severe pneumoniain our hospital from October, 2001 to October 2004 was reviewed .We improved environment,provided reasonable food, the exactitude used the medicine, promoted to breathe the function, observed the condition, performed the health edueation . Results 38 advanced cases pneumonia child recovers from illness all. Conclusion For the child severe pneumonia, the reasonable nursing measure is a valid method to increases cure rate.
