摘要
利用旅大红骨群和Lancaster群中有代表性的自交系为材料,对旅群、Lan群杂优利用模式中的杂种优势和配合力进行了研究。结果表明,旅×Lan杂优模式的产量杂种优势强,潜力大;单株产量的杂种优势与行粒数、穗长的较高杂种优势具有密切关系;群间杂交种的穗行数、穗粗、千粒重保留了高产亲本的优良性状。并讨论了各性状的基因作用类型。
The heterosis and combining ability of the heterosis utilization model of Ludahonggupopulation × Lancaster population were studied with the inbred lines representing two popula-tions. The results showed that in the heterotic pattern,the high heterosis of the properties wasrelated to yield and there was a close relationship between the heterosis of yield per plant andhigh heterosis of ear lenghth,grain numbers per ear,and the single crosses between the inbredlines from two p,pulations with the parent advantages of the ear rows ,ear diameter and l000-grains weight,and the large genetic difference and high SCA effect beteen two populationswere found.
