摘要
目的:探讨塑料玩具中邻苯二甲酸酯和烷基酚类雌激素在模拟汗液和唾液作用下的溶出情况。方法:玩具用模拟汗液和唾液浸渍,浸渍液经液-液萃取后用高效液相色谱法测定目标化合物含量。结果:实验玩具的浸渍液中全部检出7种环境雌激素,其中BPA和DBP的溶出量较高,BPA、DBP和DEHP的溶出率较高。结论:塑料玩具中存在的环境雌激素成分在儿童玩耍过程中可经体液作用溶出。
Objective: To study the migration behavior of seven estrogens in plastic toys through simulated sweat and saliva. Methods:Samples were soaked in a simulated sweat or saliva and the target compounds were extracted with liquid - liquid extraction and determined by HPLC. Results;All seven estrogens were found in simulated soaking solution and the leaked amount ranged from sub - microgram to several micrograms. Leached amounts of BPA and DBP were a bit higher than the other's and so did the detected frequency for BPA, DBP and DEHP. Conclusion: All tested estrogens in plastic toys could be frequently migrated through simulated sweat and/or saliva.
