摘要
目的:研究银黄胶囊的生产工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以提取率为指标。结果:绿原酸的提取率为94.2%,黄芩苷的提取率为94.7%。结论:本法切实可靠,本工艺节省成本,省时,显著优于标准项下的工艺。
Objective： To study production technology of yinhuang capsules. Methods. Examined the abstraction rate by orthogonal design. Result： Each abstraction rate of ehlorogenic acid, baicalin was 94.2 %, 94.7 %. Conclusion： This production technology was reliable, saving cost, saving time and better than the standard technology.
