摘要
在凸轮的加工过程中,普通的磨削方法因磨削层厚度变化而引起磨削力的变化,从而带来廓形误差。对此,探讨一种新的磨削方法———凸轮变速磨削,它通过改变工件每转中各个瞬时的角速度。来达到廓形各点为当量磨削厚度为常值的目的,提高凸轮的磨削精度。
The cam profile griding of voriable velocity is a new grinding method.It can keep the equivalent grinding thickness as a constant as various point of the profile by changing various instantaneous angulas velocity of the workpice in every rotation.Therefore,it can eliminate the profile error caused by the change of equivalent grinding thickness in the common grinding method and increase the cam grinding precision.
