新型抗艾滋病药物地拉韦啶的合成 被引量:4

Synthesis of a New Anti-aids Drug Delavirdine Mesylate

摘要 以烟酰胺、对硝基苯肼、丙酮酸乙酯等为原料,N,N-羰基二咪唑(CD I)为缩合剂合成地拉韦啶甲磺酸盐.合成总收率为6.6%.关键中间体及地拉韦啶甲磺酸盐的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及碳谱、质谱、元素分析等得到确证. Delavirdine mesylate was synthesized with CDI acting as condensation agent from the reaction of nicotinamide, p-nitrophenylhydrazine and ethyl pyruvate. Delavirdine mesylate was obtained at a total yield of 6. 6%. The structures of the target molecule and the key intermediates were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS, and element analysis.
