摘要
以8个玉米自交系按n(n-1)/2双列杂交与世代平均数设计组配的28个杂交组合的F1,F2,BC1以及BC2世代种子以及亲本自交系为材料,于室内接种黄曲霉菌(AspergilusflavusLink)。结果表明:玉米对黄曲霉菌的抗性表现为多基因控制的数量性状遗传,加性基因效应和非加性效应都是重要的。某些组合的抗性遗传符合加性、显性、上位性模型。控制抗性的基因显隐性可能因组合的不同而异。
The inheritance of resistance of corn kernel to Aspergillus flavus was studied. The results were as follow: The endosperm traits characters and cytoplasm don′t appear to exist and materal influence isn′t statistically significant in the resistance to Aspergillus flavus in maize. The resistance to Aspergillus flavus seemed to be the character of quantitative inheritance which is controlled by multiple genes. Within genetic variance of maize resistance, the additive and inadditive gene effect are important. In some combinations, the resistance inheritance could be described by an additive dominance epistatic model, and epistatic and dominant effect were found with higher significant level, the genes which controlled the disease resistance indicated either dominant or recessive.
