摘要
分析了国内建筑市场的招投标状况，介绍了确定投标工程利润时应考虑的几方面因素，论述了工程量清单计价方式下的投标报价策略，以提高中标率，取得更多利润。
The present situations of bid invitation and submission in domestic building market are analyzed. The factors deserving attention in determining interest of biding project are introduced. In addition, related quoting strategies and skills in bidding under engineering bill pricing mode are dicussed in order to increase the rates to win the bid and get more benefits.
