摘要
在36℃C~42C人工气候室中,对7个苹果砧木进行水培,以测定其耐热性,结果表明,湖北海棠耐热性最强,依次是花叶海棠、变叶海棠和小金海棠、沧江海棠、新疆野苹果和三叶海棠的耐热性最差。
The
paper reports the solution culture of seven different apple seedlings in phy-totron under the
temperature of 36℃~42 ℃in order to test their heat tolerance. The re-suIts showed that,with
the rising of temperature,the total area of leaves,activity ofroots and degree of stomatal
closoure were descending besides activity of roots of M. tran-sitaria Scheid and M. hupehensis
Rehd However,the relative Dermeability was increasing.The stomatal density of hupehensis
Rehd is the lowest and the cuticle is the thickest.Thesynthetical assessment of heat-tolerance
of apple rootstocks is done by means of heat in-jury index.The resuIt is that heat-tolerance of
M. hupehensis Rehd is the best,then M.transitoria Scheid;but that of M.mbrophila Hard-Mazz
and M. sieboldii.Rehd are Poor.
