摘要
利率是重要的货币政策工具,利率市场化是在中央银行基准利率的前提下,由货币需求与货币供给共同决定的。管制利率已不适应我国目前的经济形势,近年我国正逐步实行利率市场化改革。要顺利推进市场化的进程,就必须充分认识利率市场化的内涵,了解利率市场化给经济带来的好处,同时认真分析其带来的负面效应。
Interest rate is an important monetary policy tool. Market-led interest rate is determined by the monetary supply and the need under the premise of bench mark of central bank. The regulated interest rate has no longer suited China＇s present economic situation. In recent years the government has been carrying out reforms of market-led interest rate progressively. In order to advance this process, we must fully realize the intension of market-led interest rate, and analyse the positive and the negative effects that brought to economy.
