摘要
采用半连续溶液聚合的工艺,进行了丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、α-甲基苯乙烯(AMS)的共聚合反应,合成了平均分子量Mn在3,000~6,000之间的四元共聚物。探讨了引发剂类型与聚合温度的匹配,考察了分子量调节剂、溶剂用量、单位滴加时间等因素对聚合物分子量及其分布的影响。利用红外和DSC表征方法,分析了树脂的共聚物组成和玻璃化温度(Tg)。
Water-soluble acrylic-styrene resin which can be used as a dispersant in water-based ink with average molecular weight Mn between 3.000 to 6,000 and narrow molecular weight distribution, was synthesized through semi-batch solution polymerization process, adopting α-methyl styrene as one of the comonomers. Temperature, type of initiators, molecular regulator, addition time of monomers were investigated in terms of monomer conversion, molecular weight and its distribution. The compositions of copolymer were characterized, using FT-IR, DSC.
