摘要
由高Tc超导材料制备的Josephson磁通流晶体管(JFFT)的控制特性中呈现了很强的非对称性。笔者分析了JFFT的控制场分布,并在电流-相位线性近似条件下,获得了这种非对称控制特性的近似解析描述。解析分析结果揭示了由控制线产生的不均匀外磁场是控制特性中非对称性产生的原因。其解析分析与实验结果之间符合较好。文中还讨论了各结构参数对JFFT的最大电流放大倍数的影响。
A josephson flux flow transistor JFFT made by high Tc superconductor demonstrates strong asymmetry in its control characteristics. In this paper,the distribution of control magnetic field is analysed, and an approximate analytic description of the control characteristics is derived by using the method of the current-phase linear approximation. The analytic description shows that the strong asymmetry results from the inhomogeneity of local magnetic field produced by control line, and agrees with main features of experimental results. The effects of several configuration parameters in the JFFT on the maximum current amplification are also discussed.
