摘要
轮对数控车床检测装置是用于车辆轮对外形几何尺寸在镟修前后的检测。该装置在车辆轮对镟修前检测出轮对相关外形几何尺寸,并将检测的数据经工控机融合处理后传递给数控系统,以指导数控车床对车辆轮对的镟修,并保证车辆轮对的加工精度;车辆轮对镟修完成后,再用此装置检测出车辆轮对的外形几何尺寸,以用于车辆轮对的装配。
The detection device of rail wheels numerical control lathe is used to detect the geometric parameters of rail wheels,The device detects the geometric parameter of rail wheels before machining process,and the data are transferred to numerical system after processed by industrial control computer.So numerical system can direct the machining process of rail wheels,and the machining precision can be satisfied.After machining process,the geometrical parameters are detected by the device again for the assemblage of rail wheels.
