载流条件下铬青铜/3D碳/碳复合材料摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能 被引量:13

摘要 以3D碳/碳复合材料为销试样、铬青铜QCr0.5为盘试样进行了载流条件下的干滑动摩擦磨损试验。通过对有、无电流条件下销试样磨损量大小和摩擦因数影响度的比较,以及对销试样摩擦表面进行的微观形貌分析,结果表明,电流对铬青铜/3D碳/碳复合材料摩擦副的干摩擦行为具有显著的影响,并且由于电场、摩擦热、电弧热的共同作用,在销试样表层发生了磨粒磨损和氧化磨损。 At normal temperature, the dry sliding friction experiments were carried out on a pin-on-disc tribometer under different electric currents, with C/C composites as pin and QCrO. 5 as disc. Through the comparison of weight loss and the effect of friction coefficient and the analysis of the microsurface of the couple, results show that the current has a notable effect on the tribology of Cu-C/C couple. In the high speed sliding with large current, oxidation of carbon material affects directly the wear course due to the high temperature;withourt electrical current, the effect of load and sliding on the wear rate can be described by Archard ' s wear equation.
