摘要
用正交设计法研究不同激素处理及不同外植体对普通荞麦愈伤组织诱导及分化过程中的影响。结果表明,在本实验设计中,2,4-D是诱导普通荞麦愈伤组织的主要因素;诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+1.5 mg/L6-BA;愈伤组织分化的主要因素是6-BA;愈伤组织分化的最佳培养基为MS+2.5 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L KT。
Effects of various plant growth substances and different explants on callus induction and callus dif- ferentiation in Fagopyrum esculentum Moench were studied by orthogonal design statistic analysis. The results indicated that the main factor which influenced callus induction is 2,4-D, the optimal medium for callus induction is MS +2.0 mg/L 2,4-D + 1.5 mg/L 6-BA;The results also showed that the main factor which influenced callus differentiation is 6-BA and the optimal medium for callus differentiation is MS + 2.5 mg/L 6-BA + 1.0 mg/L KT.
