摘要
考察了双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)/二烯丙基双酚A(DBA)质量比对BMI/DBA/聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)共混体系固化物相结构以及BMI树脂微球的影响。研究显示:a.随着m(BMI)∶m(DBA)从3.65减少到0.55,BMI/DBA/PEI共混体系的微观相结构呈混合相-反转相-双连续相规律变化。b.在m(BMI)∶m(DBA)为1.87、1.33和0.95时,可以制得微米级的BMI树脂微球。c.BMI/DBA质量比对BMI树脂微球的粒径及其分布有明显影响,而且m(BMI)∶m(DBA)在1.33时,制得的BMI树脂微球粒径及其分布最小。
Effects of BMI/DBA ratio on morphologies of BMI/DBA/PEI blends and on diameters and distributions of BMI resin microspheres were studied in this paper. The results showed: 1. with m (BMI) : m (DBA) from 3.65 to 0.55, morphologies of BMI/DBA/PEI blends changed from mixed phase structures to diverted phase structures, then to biscontinuative phase structures. 2. when BM I/DBA ratioes m (BM I) : m (DBA) was 1.87, 1.33 and 0.95, BMI resin microspheres were available. 3.BMI/DBA ratio had obvious effects on diameters and distributions of BM I resin microspheres, and when m (BM I) : m (DBA) was 1.33, diameters and distributions of B MI resin microspheres were mininum.
