摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定小儿清热止咳口服液中庥黄类生物碱的含量,色谱柱为Aichrom Bond-AQ C18柱,流动相为0.02mol/L KH2PO4缓冲溶液(用H3PO4和三乙胺调节pH值为2.7)-乙腈(体积比为97:3),流速为0.8mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为210nm。庥黄碱、伪庥黄碱和甲基庥黄碱分别在0.36~3.6μg、0.34—3.5μg和0.32—3.3μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为96.67%、98.03%和97.53%。
HPLC method was developed for the identification and determination of ephedrine alkaloids in Xiao Er Qingrezhike Oral Solution. Separation was performed on Aichrom Bond - AQ C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm i. d. ,5 μm). Acetonitrile - 0.2 mol/ L KH2 PO4 (pH was adjusted to 2.7 with phosphoric acid and triethylamine) ( 3: 97) was selected as the mobile phase. Flow rate was set at 0.8 mL/min, column temperature was set at 30℃ and detection wavelength was 210 nm. The linear range for ephedrine, pseudoephedrine and methylephedrine were 0.36 - 3.6 μg, 0.34 - 3.5 μg, 0.32 - 3.3 μg respectively. The average recoveries of ephedfine, pseudoephedrine and methylephedrine were 96.67%, 98.03% and 97.53% respectively.
